Electronic notarial commission applications open August 10, 2026
The Supreme Court's Electronic Notary Services (ENS) is accepting applications from members of the Philippine Bar. Applicants must submit the required documents, complete assessment and a virtual summary hearing, and pass evaluation before a commission can be issued.
A qualified Electronic Notary Public receives a commission valid for two years. Review the official requirements and process before applying.

The old way
Getting one document notarized shouldn't cost you a day
For most people the document is the easy part. Everything around it is the problem.
You lose half a day to it
Track down a notary, take time off, travel across town — then hope they are in and free when you arrive.
Paper makes it worse
Print, sign, scan, courier, repeat. One wrong detail and the whole round trip starts again.
Then you cannot prove it
You are left holding a stamped copy with no practical way to show, later, exactly who signed it and when.
How it works
Four steps from upload to notarized
No office visit, no printing, no couriers. The whole workflow runs in your browser, 24/7.
Upload your document
Submit your file for review first, so the notary can check it before anything is scheduled.
Book your appointment
Find an Electronic Notary Public and set the details for a remote (REN) or in-person (IEN) session.
Verify and sign
Complete the identity checks, then sign your assigned fields in a live notarization session.
Get your notarized file
Download the sealed document from your workspace once the notarization workflow is complete.

Everything you need to notarize documents online
Secure, simple, and hassle-free. From uploading to receiving your notarized documents, all in one place.
Notarize from anywhere
Complete a notarization remotely (REN) or in person (IEN) — no travel and no office queue, anywhere in the Philippines.
Identity you can prove
Facial liveness checks, 13+ government IDs, and PSA validation confirm every signer — aligned with BSP Circulars 1213, 1214, and 1215.
Documents that hold up later
Each file carries an accredited digital notarial seal and a tamper-evident trail, so you can show exactly what happened and when.
Your register stays current
Notarial acts, audit details, and registry entries update as you work — no separate logbook to reconcile at the end of the day.
Catch problems before the session
Clients upload documents for review first, so you approve the file and convert it into a signing session without a wasted appointment.
Everyone sees only their own work
Separate client and notary workspaces keep appointments, documents, recordings, and signed files organized by role.
